Maintain your summer fitness
Winter brings about a desire to curl up in front of a fireplace with a cup of hot chocolate instead of continuing with outdoor activity. How much better it is to stay active and maintain the fitness we worked so hard to acquire in the summer weather. Resetting our goals in the fall, maintaining a base in winter and planning for springtime sets the stage for continued improvement, starting from a solid base, not from square one once springtime returns.
